These terms cover each Hit the Corner placement purchase.
The service
You buy space on a public logo screensaver: one card, at the size you choose, for the seven day run of the season shown at checkout. A season holds 120 spots and each size costs spots in proportion to the screen it occupies. When the season ends the placement expires.
Your permission
You confirm that you may submit the destination and logo. You give us permission to display, resize, archive, and share the submitted mark for the service.
Payment
Prices are fixed in US dollars and each placement is a single payment, not a subscription. A placement goes live only after payment is confirmed by our payment provider. Taxes may apply based on your location.
Availability
We aim to keep the screen available, but short maintenance and events outside our control may happen. Material missed run time will be restored or handled fairly.
Limits
We do not promise business results, views, clicks, or that your card will ever hit a corner. Our liability is limited to the amount paid where local law permits.
Changes
The rules version accepted at payment applies to that purchase. We may update future terms before later purchases.
